The 49-pin radiofrequency electrode provides a non-invasive treatment; the microneedle's front end is flat and releases radiofrequency energy on the skin surface when in contact with the skin. The theory behind the use of this tip is that fractional RF delivers dermal stamping and radiofrequency simultaneously, causing damage to the epidermis and subsequent recovery.
