Equipment, supplies and/or skincare may be subject to enhancement, modification or substitution without notice. Product photos are for representation purposes only and may not be an exact match of the product offered for sale. In some states, only medical professionals are allowed to perform certain procedures. Each state has specific governing rules and it is your responsibility to contact the proper governing body for approval before using any of the featured equipment. 

GlowNar Aesthetic LLC provides training on equipment purchased from us, however we are not a licensing establishment. Training Certificates provided by Glownar Aesthetics, LLC is intended only for buyers to get familiar on only how to operate the equipment. The Training Certificate may not be substituted as a governing agency's licensure to provide services or operate equipment. Buyers are responsible for obtaining necessary certifications for the treatments they wish to provide, as outlined by their state laws.

All of our equipment are sold for cosmetic purposes only and are not intended to treat any medical conditions. Our equipment may or may not be FDA approved. The customer may request that information before the purchase. 

The BUYER of any machine on this website, by purchasing, assumes total and full responsibility, including but not limited to, all possible complications regarding health, pain, damage to skin, burns from misuse, damage to property, and failing to keep this product out of the reach of children. By purchasing the item the BUYER agrees to all terms and assumes full responsibility for the use and/or misuse of this item.   BUYER also acknowledges that they are certified and/or licensed, as may be required by their state, to perform procedures and/or treatments with the machine(s) they are purchasing.

We provide educational materials with each purchase and recommend getting familiar with safety features and contraindications of each product ordered from GlowNar Aesthetics LLC. The BUYER is responsible to learn as much as possible about this product and its safety procedures as explained by professionals.  


If a dispute arises and cannot be settled through direct discussions, the parties agree to endeavor first to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association in the MIami Regional Office under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to arbitration. The parties further agree that any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. 

The BUYER, by purchasing, also agrees that all the information in regards to the SELLER’s Warnings and Disclaimer have been read and accepted. 


Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept most returns within 30 days of purchase.

Selected oversized products (facial beds, multifunctional towers), skin care (serums, gels, oils) products are nonrefundable. 

We recommend saving your original packaging for at least 30 days from the date of the purchase which is required for the return.

Aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase?

You may return new, unused products in the original packaging that are appropriate for resale within 30 days of your purchase to receive a full and quick refund. Items returned to Glownar Aesthetics after 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Follow these simple steps to make your return as smooth as possible:

  1. Contact Glownar customer service department via TEXT MESSAGE at 954-492-7878 to submit a return request and get approval before shipping your items back. You will be contacted within 24 hours upon submitting the request.
  2. In your return request, please include your order number and a valid email address to send you further instructions and information. If you do not have your order number, contact customer service to verify your purchase.
  3. Inspect your return: Ensure all items being sent back are in new, sellable condition within original packaging. All accessories and printed materials provided (like manual and protocols), must be included. If you do not have the original packaging from your purchase, please contact customer support at (954) 492-7878 . You may still be eligible for store credit refund to use for future purchases.
  4.  Properly package the item to ensure no damage is incurred during shipment. If the items we receive back are damaged, we will be unable to issue the refund. 

Please note:

  • All returned equipment will be inspected and refunds will be processed within 5 business days of Glownar Aesthetics receiving your return
  • Any credit will be issued to the original method of payment used for purchase
  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. All shipping fees are customer's responsibility when returning the product. Return labels may be provided in certain circumstances; contact us with your reason for return so we can determine whether or not we can provide one.
  • Special orders are not eligible for refunds, such as trolleys, stools, facial beds, magnifying lamps, steamers. In some situations, these products might be accepted for a store credit, and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • It is advised to hold onto your original packaging for any purchase in case of return. Glownar Aesthetics has the right to refuse any returns of products that are not in their original conditions
  • If your item was sent with a bonus gift, it must be returned in a brand new condition with the product in order to avoid being charged for the value of the gift.
  • Products purchased through third-party financing are not eligible for return or refund. We will gladly offer you an exchange for a similar product.


Glownar Aesthetics believes our products are of the highest quality and designed to last long term. We offer 12-48 month warranties on all of our equipment. The warranty for your product will be activated at the time of the purchase, and the warranty certificate will be included in the manual when you receive your product. During the warranty period, we will gladly accept a defective machine to repair or replace it if it can not be repaired, and return it to you free of charge. We would gladly service your machine after the warranty period, however minor charges will apply. 

To prevent equipment failure daily maintenance service and maintenance is executed by the consumer while using the equipment. We recommend taking our complementary training for purchased equipment where you will learn how to use and maintain your product. It's important to understand any damages due to maintenance failure or inappropriate use by customers are not covered by this warranty. Our warranty covers defects associated with internal components, however, accessories and parts, such as tips, handpieces, and gloves are not covered.

This warranty does not cover damage incurred by user environment and care including but not limited to fading, staining, crushing, and general wear.  All equipment purchased from Glownar Aesthetics should only be used and operated by a qualified, trained professional. The limited warranty is only offered to the original buyer of the equipment and doesn't transfer to a new owner. 

At Glownar Aesthetics, we pride ourselves on offering only the most durable, reliable products. If you encounter any issues with your equipment within this warranty period, Glownar Aesthetics will happily assist you in repairing or replacing a defective part, at no cost.  We will troubleshoot any equipment issues virtually with the consumer to keep your equipment functioning. If the initial troubleshooting did not resolve the problem with the unit, we will gladly accept the equipment back to our location for inspection and repair. All repair transit costs to Glownar Aesthetics, LLC. facility is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Photos/videos will be requested from consumers if any defect claim is filed. Please text pictures or videos to our customer service line at 954-492-7878 and allow the customer service representative to respond within 24 hours.

Information Collection and Use

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We can only access information collected from you voluntarily. Your personal information, such as telephone  number, email address, order details are safely stored with us. We will not sell or disclose this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us, and for purposes, such as fulfilling your order. We may contact you via email or phone in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You may ask us to change, correct, delete any of your data saved with us.


We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.


We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (name, shipping address, tel number) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.


We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to login a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. We also use third party financing company, that you may choose to apply for. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

Surveys & Contests

Sometimes our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Shipping and Delivery

Glownar Aesthetics ships most equipment for free via UPS, without any minimum purchase requirements or exclusions. Shipping via standard ground delivery consists of door to-door service in the United States.  Free shipping offer can only be delivered to locations in the Continental United States. Please call us to find out the cost of shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. 

In-Stock Merchandise

All of our in-stock items are thoroughly tested and shipped within 24 hours. We will notify you via email if any of ordered products are out of stock. We care for your business and want to deliver your equipment as soon as possible so you can begin generating profits right away. Please ensure you provide either a commercial or residential address as we cannot ship to PO boxes.

On all backorders and special orders, we will provide you with an expected shipping time before you place your order.

Multiple Shipments

The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, so items may arrive in separate shipments. You will not be subject to any additional shipping charges under these circumstances. 

Packing and Testing

All of our equipment is packed professionally to avoid any damages during transit. Our products must pass the quality control inspection prior to shipment.

Any external visible damages to delivered packages must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. If the damage is unnoticed until the merchandise is unpacked, please notify customer service at # 1(800)584-4142 within 24 hours of receiving your product. Most shipments require signature confirmation at time of delivery.


We use UPS ground shipping which takes about 3-6 business days to deliver your package to you. Some oversized equipment such as laser machines, and facial beds  ship via freight services. Shipping via a freight truck includes curbside delivery to commercial addresses. Such delivery also includes a free lift gate service, which means the driver will take the items off the truck for you. The driver is not obligated to bring the items inside of your shop with a standard delivery. If you would like an inside delivery, please ask one of our sales representatives for a special quotation. Delivery to a residential area is subject to an additional charge.

 International shipments

Most of our products ships world-wide. Some portable devices and furniture can not be shipped internationally. Please contact us at 1800-584-4142 to inquire about international shipping fees to your location. All custom clearance process and custom fees are customer's responsibility. 

Expedited shipments

Need your products faster? No problem! Just ask for expedited shipping on eligible products and we can arrange it.

Tracking Information

All our items are shipped with a delivery confirmation slip so Glownar Aesthetics and you can easily track your purchase. Once you have placed your order, please check your email for shipping updates from our logistic department. Some orders require signature confirmation at time of delivery.
