Plasma is the fourth state of matter—an ionized gas composed of free electrons and ions. In aesthetic applications, plasma energy is used to stimulate skin regeneration, destroy bacteria, and enhance product absorption without damaging surrounding tissue.

Cold Plasma vs Fractional Plasma: What’s the Difference?

• Cold Plasma (Non-thermal):
  Delivers antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and regenerative effects by producing ozone and reactive oxygen species (ROS). It enhances skin immunity, product absorption, and hair follicle regeneration with no heat damage or downtime.
• Fractional Plasma:
  Uses ionized arcs to create controlled micro-injuries in the epidermis. These thermal effects stimulate fibroblasts, induce collagen remodeling, and contract skin tissue—leading to tighter, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin. Working Principle
