GLOWNAR AESTHETIC LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: March 2, 2026
● Welcome to GlowNar Aesthetic LLC (“GLOWNAR” or “We”). These
Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of
the GLOWNAR website, products, and services (collectively, the
“Services”), including the purchase and use of any equipment,
devices, supplies, or related materials offered by GLOWNAR
(“Product” or “Products”).
● By accessing the website, placing an order, or purchasing or using
any Product, you (“You” or “CUSTOMER,” together with GLOWNAR,
each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) acknowledge and agree
that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not access the
website or purchase or use any Products.
● GLOWNAR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify,
update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be
effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the website,
unless a later effective date is expressly stated. Your continued
access to the website or purchase or use of Products after the
posting of revised Terms constitutes Your acceptance of such
changes.
● GLOWNAR may update these Terms from time to time by posting
revised Terms on its website. Continued use or purchase of Products
after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
● These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You
and GLOWNAR. You acknowledge that You have had the opportunity
to review these Terms with independent legal counsel of Your
choosing prior to purchasing or using any Products. By entering into
any transaction with GLOWNAR, You either have done so or
knowingly and voluntarily waived the opportunity to do so. You further
agree that these Terms shall not be construed against GLOWNAR as
the drafter.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND PRICING
● Equipment, supplies and/or skincare may be enhanced, modified, or
substituted without notice provided that any such changes do not
materially alter the intended use or core functionality of the Product.
● Product photos are provided for representational purposes only and
may not reflect the exact appearance, configuration, packaging, or
components of the Product offered for sale.
● CUSTOMER should rely solely on the written product description in
effect at the time of purchase when placing an order.
● Prices are subject to change without notice, and GLOWNAR reserves
the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any
time prior to acceptance of an order.
TRAINING, REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
● GLOWNAR may provide training, demonstrations, instructional
materials, manuals, videos, or training certificates in connection with
the purchase of certain Products. All such training and materials are
provided solely to demonstrate basic mechanical operation and
safety features of the Products and do not constitute professional,
medical, legal, or regulatory training.
● GLOWNAR does not represent, warrant, or imply that completion of
any training, receipt of any training certificate, or purchase of any
Product authorizes, qualifies, licenses, or permits CUSTOMER to
operate any Product or perform any procedure, treatment, or service.
CUSTOMER acknowledges that operational training does not imply
legal authorization, licensure, or regulatory approval.
● CUSTOMER bears sole responsibility for determining and complying
with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations,
licensing, certification, and supervision requirements related to the
purchase, possession, or use of the Products. GLOWNAR has no
duty to advise CUSTOMER regarding such requirements, and any
statements, materials, or communications by GLOWNAR shall not be
construed as legal, medical, or regulatory advice.
● All Products are intended for cosmetic purposes only and are not
intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical
condition. Products may or may not be approved by the U.S. Food
and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority.
CUSTOMER assumes all responsibility for determining the legality
and appropriate use of the Products in CUSTOMER’s jurisdiction.
● CUSTOMER represents and warrants that CUSTOMER is, and will
remain, properly licensed, certified, and authorized as required by
applicable law to operate the Products and perform any procedures
or treatments using the Products.
● CUSTOMER expressly acknowledges and agrees that CUSTOMER
has not relied and will not rely on any training, training certificates,
marketing materials, manuals, demonstrations, or communications
from GLOWNAR in determining whether CUSTOMER is legally
permitted to operate any Product or perform any procedure.
● CUSTOMER expressly assumes all risk arising from or relating to
CUSTOMER’s failure to obtain or maintain any required licenses,
certifications, registrations, permits, or medical supervision, whether
such requirements are known at the time of purchase or discovered
thereafter.
● By purchasing or using any Product, CUSTOMER assumes full
responsibility for the use and misuse of the Products, including,
without limitation, any health-related complications, pain, skin
damage, burns, property damage, or injury to persons or property.
● CUSTOMER irrevocably waives any claim that GLOWNAR’s training,
materials, certificates, or communications created an implied
authorization, duty to warn, or representation regarding legal,
regulatory, or licensing requirements.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
● All manuals, training materials, presentations, photographs, videos,
website content, software, documentation, protocols, specifications,
and other materials provided by GLOWNAR, whether in printed,
electronic, or digital form (collectively, the “Materials”), are and shall
remain the exclusive intellectual property of GLOWNAR and its
licensors.
● Subject to CUSTOMER’s compliance with these Terms, GLOWNAR
grants CUSTOMER a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to use the Materials solely for CUSTOMER’s
internal purposes in connection with the operation and maintenance
of Products purchased from GLOWNAR. No other rights are granted
to CUSTOMER, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
● CUSTOMER shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display,
modify, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the
Materials for any purpose other than expressly permitted herein
without GLOWNAR’s prior written consent.
● Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to transfer, assign, or
license any intellectual property rights to CUSTOMER. Any
unauthorized use of the Materials constitutes a material breach of
these Terms and may result in immediate termination of
CUSTOMER’s rights and pursuit of all available legal remedies.
● CUSTOMER agrees that any unauthorized use of the Materials shall
cause irreparable harm to GLOWNAR for which monetary damages
may be inadequate, and GLOWNAR shall be entitled to injunctive
relief in addition to any other remedies.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
● We want You to love Your purchase, but if You are not completely
satisfied, we will gladly accept most returns within thirty (30) days of
purchase. Any acceptance of a return by GLOWNAR is a
discretionary accommodation and not an admission of liability, defect,
nonconformity, or breach.”
● Notwithstanding the foregoing, select oversized Products including,
without limitation, facial beds, multifunctional towers, skin care
including, without limitation, serums, gels, oils are nonrefundable.
● We recommend saving Your original packaging for at least thirty (30)
days from the date of the purchase which is required for any return
accepted by GLOWNAR.
Aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase? What to do next:
● You may return certain new, unused Products in the original
packaging that are appropriate for resale within thirty (30) days of
Your purchase to receive a full and quick refund.
● Items returned to GLOWNAR after thirty (30) days will not
be accepted for return or exchange.
Follow these simple steps to make your return as smooth as
possible:
1. Contact GLOWNAR customer service department via TEXT
MESSAGE at 954-492-7878 to submit a return request and get
approval from GLOWNAR to return Your item. You will be contacted
within 24 hours upon submitting the request.
2. In Your return request, please include Your order number and a valid
email address to send You further instructions and information. If You
do not have Your order number, contact customer service to verify
Your purchase.
3. Inspect Your return: Ensure all items being sent back are in new,
sellable condition within original packaging. All accessories and
printed materials provided (like manual and protocols), must be
included. If You do not have the original packaging from Your
purchase, please contact customer support at (954) 492-7878 . You
may still be eligible for store credit refund to use for future purchases.
4. Properly package the item to ensure no damage is incurred during
shipment. If the items we receive back are damaged, we will be
unable to issue the refund.
Please note:
● All returned Products will be inspected and any authorized refunds
will be processed within five (5) business days of GLOWNAR
receiving Your authorized return. All approved returns must be
delivered, at CUSTOMER’s sole cost and risk, to the location
designated by GLOWNAR. GLOWNAR shall have no obligation to
accept returns shipped to any other location. CUSTOMER bears all
risk of loss or damage during transportation, regardless of carrier,
insurance, or packaging method.
● Any credit will be issued to the original method of payment used for
purchase.
● Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are YOUR responsibility
and are non-refundable. .
● Special orders --such as trolleys, stools, facial beds, magnifying
lamps, steamers— are not eligible for refunds. In some situations,
these Products might be accepted in GLOWNAR’s sole discretion for
a store credit. Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of not
less than thirty percent (30%), which the Parties agree represents a
reasonable estimate of GLOWNAR’s damages, including
depreciation, lost resale value, testing, inspection, repackaging,
administrative costs, and inability to resell the device as new.
● It is advised to hold onto Your original packaging for any purchase in
case of return. GLOWNAR has the right to refuse any returns of
Products that are not in their original conditions. Returned devices
must include all original components, manuals, accessories,
packaging, and protective materials, and must pass GLOWNAR’s
inspection in its sole discretion. Failure to meet any condition may
result in rejection of the return or additional fees.
● If Your item was sent with a bonus gift, it must be returned in brand
new condition and not have been used with the Product in order to
avoid being charged for the value of the gift.
● Products purchased through third-party financing are not eligible for
return or refund. GLOWNAR may, in its sole discretion, offer You an
exchange for a similar Product in such circumstances.
WARRANTY
● GLOWNAR is the sole and exclusive warrantor of the Products sold
under the GLOWNAR brand. All Products are manufactured for
GLOWNAR and sold under GLOWNAR’s private-label brand. No
third-party manufacturer or supplier provides any warranty with
respect to the Products.
● GLOWNAR warrants that the Products will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period ranging from twelve (12) to
forty-eight (48) months, depending on the Product. The applicable
warranty period begins on the date of purchase. The warranty
certificate provided at purchase will be included in the manual
provided with the Product and indicate the length of any applicable
warranty offered by GLOWNAR.
● During the applicable warranty period, GLOWNAR will, at its option,
repair or replace a defective Product or component if it cannot be
repaired. Repaired or replacement Products will be returned to
CUSTOMER. After the warranty period expires, GLOWNAR may, in
its discretion, offer repair or service for an additional charge.
● Proper daily maintenance, service, and care of the Product are the
sole responsibility of CUSTOMER. GLOWNAR may recommend
complementary training regarding Product operation and
maintenance; however, damage resulting from improper use,
inadequate maintenance, or misuse by CUSTOMER is not covered
by this warranty. This warranty covers defects associated with
internal components only. Accessories and consumable parts,
including but not limited to tips, handpieces, and gloves, are not
covered.
● This warranty does not cover damage caused by CUSTOMER’s
environment, handling, or care, including but not limited to fading,
staining, crushing, cosmetic wear, or normal wear and tear.
● Products must be used and operated only by a qualified, licensed,
and trained professional, as required by applicable law. This limited
warranty applies only to the original CUSTOMER and is not
transferable.
● If CUSTOMER experiences an issue during the warranty period,
GLOWNAR will provide reasonable troubleshooting assistance
remotely or telephonically. If troubleshooting does not resolve the
issue, CUSTOMER may be required to return the Product to
GLOWNAR for inspection and repair. All shipping, transportation, and
transit costs to GLOWNAR’s facility shall be borne solely by
CUSTOMER.
● CUSTOMER may be required to provide photographs or videos
documenting the claimed defect. Such materials should be submitted
to GLOWNAR’s customer service line at 954-492-7878. GLOWNAR
will respond within a reasonable time.
● For questions regarding warranty coverage for specific Products,
CUSTOMER may contact support@glownar.com
● EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, GLOWNAR
MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND
DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
● CUSTOMER acknowledges that it has not relied on any
representations, statements, or warranties not expressly set forth in
These Terms.
